Returns
Standard sizes and custom orders
Standard sizes
For standard-size return eligibility, review the current Terms of Service before ordering. Keep any return item unworn, unaltered, and with tags attached unless the policy or support team advises otherwise.
Custom orders
Gowns made to your measurements are final sale because they are built for one body: yours. That is why fit checks and swatches matter before you order.
Something wrong?
If a gown arrives flawed or not as described, message us within 7 days. If the issue is on us, we will make it right.
