This Policy applies to Promspark.com and related customer services operated by CUIHUA TRADING CO., LIMITED. It does not replace third-party privacy notices that apply to services such as Shopify checkout, payment providers, carriers, or student verification providers.

We use information to operate the storefront; process and support orders; fulfill and resolve issues with products; secure the site; communicate about orders; provide requested styling features; process Custom Size or eligible personalization requests; analyze performance; manage promotions and creator attribution; and send marketing communications when you opt in or where otherwise permitted. You can opt out of marketing using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.

Shopify, payments, shipping, and fulfillment

We share information with service providers that need it to provide services, including Shopify for commerce and checkout; payment providers; shipping and fulfillment providers; customer-support, analytics, hosting, fraud-prevention, and communication vendors. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some laws may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing"; where applicable, you may have opt-out rights described below.

AI Stylist and Virtual Try-On

AI Stylist may process the style, event, color, budget, and fit preferences you submit to generate recommendations. Virtual Try-On may process images or inputs you choose to provide to generate or display a try-on experience. Do not submit information you do not want processed. We use these inputs to provide and improve the requested feature, subject to applicable provider terms and this Policy.

7. Student offers

Pion, Student Beans, and Beans iD verification

If you use a student offer, the verification provider receives the information it needs to verify eligibility under its own privacy notice. Promspark may receive a verification result, program identifier, or offer eligibility signal. When the provider performs verification, Promspark should not receive or store your raw student identity documents.

8. Sharing and transfers

Affiliate attribution and international data transfers

We may record referral, creator, affiliate, and discount-code attribution to operate promotions and measure performance. Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Retention and security

How long we keep information and how we protect it

Anonymous browsing events and anonymous preference profiles are retained for up to 13 months, then deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying trend data is retained for up to 25 months. You can reset the browsing-analysis identity for this browser below. Order, support, checkout, and legal records follow their applicable retention requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
